Buried Debts: Hotfix 24.5.7

Hotdropped Fix:

Fixed Relics Packs awarding a Point Strike Mod.
We ran a script Tuesday night that Inboxed respective Syndicate Medallions to those who didn’t receive their Relics.

Pet Incubator Changes:
Pets no longer suffer negative effects from a lack of Loyalty or Integrity! Integrity and Loyalty are now strictly a bonus on top of your Pet’s base Health and Damage. This also removes the function of auto-Stasis when Loyalty and Integrity hits 0, at which your Pet will just simply not have a bonus and continue to live peacefully. The Pet Incubator has undergone many changes, and these are small steps in a larger plan to simplify this system for a more streamlined structure.

Changes:

Optimized significant performance deterioration when talking to Vent Kids on the Orb Vallis; this was most noticeable during the initial dialogue when starting a K-Drive Race.
The Wild Frenzy Mod now scales the Ammo refund amount with its rank, as mentioned here:
25, 40, 55, 70, 85, 100%
Tweaked the following stats for the Nightwatch Powerclaw to fix them doing a one-hit KO to Grineer Defectors :
Decreased base Melee damage from 75 to 30
Decreased Slash Status Effect Chance from 15% to 5%
Decreased Critical Chance from 30% Chance (for 3x Crit) to 0

Nightwave Fixes:

Fixed ability to repeatable collect Convict Standing by Host migrating and re-joining the previous squad, of which we have found a handful of obvious exploiters and will be acting accordingly.
Fixed incorrect number of Convicts being displayed in the HUD after a Host migration (would show 1/4 killed when it should've been 0/3).
Fixed the Nightwave ‘Vault Looter’ description not specifying Orokin Derelict Vaults.

Magus Lockdown Fixes:

Fixed bosses/VIPs unintentionally receiving the full effect of Magus Lockdown. Magus Lockdown’s tether mechanic will apply but not the Puncture damage.
Fixed Magus Lockdown putting enemies into a permanent sleep.
Fixed Magus Lockdown beam visual FX not always being applied properly.

Fixes:

Fixed memory corruption on dual-core PCs caused by script optimizations and re-enabled the optimizations.
Fixed a rare crash when joining a mission in progress.
Fixed a rare crash that could occur if a teammate flew out of view in their Archwing but returned in their Warframe.
Fixed Coolant Raknoids damaging Limbo through the Rift.
Fixed the Scyto Raknoids invisibility detection pulse FX not showing if the target goes into invisibility after the combat begins.
Fixed extreme excessive blur FX when using a Scanner or Sniper scope in Archwing mode.
Fixed the TennoCon 2019 Emote animation not looping.
Fixed the Kuva Throne Captura Scene having no Standing Title requirement.
Fixed certain Transmissions encountering a script failure (eg Frohd Bek).
Fixed a script error when accessing the Arcane Manager screen.
Fixed a script error when casting Titania’s Lantern ability.
Fixed a script error when casting Limbo’s Banish ability in Frame Fighter.
Possible fix for memory corruption caused by script heap optimizations.

With this Vaulting comes the shift of the following Syndicate Sacrifices:

Replaced Arbiters of Hexis’ Sacrifice of Sybaris Prime Barrel to Kronen Prime Blade
Replaced Cephalon Suda’s Sacrifice of Oberon Prime Chassis to Chroma Prime Chassis
Replaced Steel Meridian’s Sacrifice of Sybaris Prime Stock to Destreza Prime Handle

If you already wield the power of these Primes or have their Relics in your Inventory, they will remain after the Vaulting.


Riven Changes - GOING LIVE IN NEXT HOTFIX:
As mentioned in our previous Riven Workshop, the Equinox Prime Access which just released brings with it the first in a series of regular Riven disposition tweaks! A full breakdown of the Riven disposition changes can be found in the Developer Workshop:



Changes:

Increased the Liset Decoration limit by 33%.
The Decoration UI now also displays a performance warning (looking at you Noggle nerds).
Optimized Coolant Raknoid sloshing effects to eliminate calculations when off-screen.
Updated numerous tiles to improve character lighting.
Made a micro-optimization to the HUD.

Fixes:

Fixed swapping Polarities on a Zaw resulting in the Stance Polarity being removed.
A Forma (per affected Zaw) has been delivered to player Inventories who experienced this issue.
Fixed Grineer Flameblade enemies doing crazy high damage on their first melee attacks in a combo. The melee swing was unintentionally dealing damage multiple times. This has been fixed so each swing only hits the target once.
Fixed Nyx’s Mind Control significantly hindering AI's actions in many cases leading to reduced or even non-existent capability.
Fixed Magus Lockdown mine having collision on it, resulting in mid-air floating. You can no longer stand/climb on the mine.
Fixed the Coolant Raknoid coolant FX appearing orange for Hosts.
Fixed inability to Chat link Ephemeras.
Fixed custom colors not applying to areas of Equinox.
Fixed a micro-optimization when transitioning from Fortuna/Cetus to Vallis/Plains breaking.

Plains of Eidolon Remaster!

We’ve added a suite of improvements, including updated terrain textures, dynamic lighting, richly detailed trees and foliage, as well as a more nuanced day/night cycle. Plus, with all the technical improvements, the Plains runs smoother than ever!

Plains Conservation

You can now track and tranq animals in the Plains! Master Teasonai will be your source for Echo-Lures and Rarity Boosters as you track down, capture and get these animals to safety. Echo-Lures are not required as these animals continually roam the Plains, but calling them will bring them running (or flying!). A new Conservation Badge and Floofs from Master Teasonai await your efforts.

MERGOO
An avian of ridiculous appearance found along coastal regions and by large bodies of water. Mergoo circle and squawk at the sight of marine predators. Many an Ostron fisher owes their life to these odd little birds. Killing one is considered very bad luck.

New Kuaka and Condroc variants can also be found throughout the vast Plains of Eidolon!

New Enemies: Tusk Thumpers Inbound

Reports of a new Grineer machine have spread to Cetus. Vay Hek has deployed Tusk Thumpers -- mobile defense platforms that are just as efficient as they are deadly. Be prepared to encounter three menacing Thumpers of increasing size and difficulty: the Tusk Thumper, the Tusk Thumper Bull, and the Tusk Thumper Doma.

Without a vulnerability to use to your advantage, you’ll need to identify and expose their weak spots to take them down as quickly as possible. Take too long, and they’ll release reinforcement drones.

Make sure to visit Nakak and get your Tusk Thumper Floofs by trading in Resources! There’s one for each type of Thumper, collect them all! 

POE / CETUS ECONOMY REMASTER LITE:

With Fortuna's release, we applied some general economy changes based on takeaways from Cetus. Now that we have returned to Cetus and the Plains of Eidolon with a remaster, we are applying some 'Economy Remaster' changes to go with the changes in an effort to apply our continued learnings. Change is the name of the game - thank you for all feedback on our economies and for being receptive to change!

Replaced Arcane Blueprints with Arcanes in Quills Offerings meaning that Arcanes no longer need to be built.
Replaced Arcane Blueprints with Arcanes in Hok's Offerings meaning that Arcanes no longer need to be built.
Owned Magus, Exodia, and Virtuos Arcane Blueprints have been converted to full-crafted Arcanes.
Added sell price to Fish Meat (100 Credits per unit). Selling them makes sense to add for inventory purists as changes come for their uses.
Replaced Bait Blueprints with Baits in Fisher Hai-Luk’s Offerings. This means Baits are no longer craft-ception with other fish parts and can now just be bought outright for Standing.
Reusable Fish Bait Blueprints can now be sold for 100,000 Credits. Relics of a different time for some, easy Credits for others.
Zaw Handles now use Fish Oil instead of Fish Scales. Amount normalized to 50 units.
Normalized Fish Part costs across Amp Part Blueprints - some had 5 rare parts, some had 2, now there's 3 needed for all.
Removed Cetus Wisp costs from Operator Armour Blueprints, and replaced them with Eidolon Gems.
Removed Cetus Wisps from Amp Prism Blueprint, and replaced them with Fish Parts or Eidolon Gems.
Removed Fish Scales costs from Operator Armour Blueprints, and replaced them with Fish Parts.
Reduced Standing cost of Cetus Wisps from Quills Offerings.
Fish Oil can now be sold for 100 Credits.


NEW REINFORCEMENT:

KORRUDO

The Lotus will no longer be as purple.
Operator transmissions will be voice only.
Email on login screen will be all ********** like the password
On-orbiter transmissions and in-mission bumpers for Invasions / Alerts will not appear.

Two-Energy Colours!

Fashion Frame just got a little more energetic! We have now added a SECONDARY Energy customization slot in the Arsenal! This is simply a free added bonus when Forma'ing gear.
All Gear can unlock this once Forma is applied! All non-Forma compatible goods (Syandanas, Etc) have this automatically.


General Additions:

Ticker has added a Venus Bounty Trap to their Secondhand Wares! A true hunter keeps their tools close at hand.
Added Warframe Ability videos for Harrow, Khora, Octavia, and Gara in their respective Arsenal Abilities screen.
Added out-of-bounds triggers to some spots where it's possible to get stuck in the Grineer Sealab tileset.
Added Damage Multiplier stat when previewing Saryn's Miasma ability.
Added a custom icon for Nagantaka's reload speed buff.
Added Horrasque and Stover to the Codex.
Tusk and Kuva Fortress Shield Lancers have a new look for their shield!
Added a tint to the background of certain UI screens to match the current chosen Theme.
Added a new setting under Equipment > Landing Craft > Interior, where old and future Interiors will live so you no longer need to sell to remove.

Buried Debts: Thermia Fracture Changes:

Players who can handle an increased challenge are now able to opt-in to making their Thermia Fracture's more difficult! We have added a method to allow players to increase difficulty and lower the overall duration needed to complete 4 Fractures.



Players can now expend additional Coolant Canisters after a harvest has begun within the first 30 seconds of starting the harvest.
Each additional Coolant Canisters spent will increase the score of the Fracture by +1 (max of 4)
Each additional Coolant Canister will increase the frequency of the 'Burps'.
Each additional Coolant Canister will increase (pinned) the alert level of the fight.
Each additional Coolant Canister will add 50 seconds to your Fracture, reducing the overall time it takes to find/complete 4 Fractures.

Fracture Burps happen on a random timer (5-15 seconds) and randomly selected from the list below:

Nullifier Burp - Burst of energy that creates a nullifier volume around the Fracture for a brief moment.
Radiation Status Effect Burp - Damage burst with 100% Radiation Status Effect.
Rage Burp - Increases the damage output of nearby enemies.
Thermic Raknoids - Spawns Thermic Raknoids. A new Raknoid variant with unique stats and aesthetic!
Eximus Burp - Spawns Eximus units.
Enemy Level Burp - Increases the current enemy level.

Warframe “In Air” Ability Changes:
As many of you are aware, Warframe has been adapting and changing up gameplay to make it smoother and much more ‘Space Ninja’ in its action. Recently we have seen the introduction of the Melee Rework: Phase 1 (which is still in progress), but as an interesting side effect, we have found that some new systems that we have introduced could potentially be applied to other game systems... in this case, Ability use.

Right now, there are certain powers that just cannot be cast in the air. Some of those powers are easy to address, and we simply remove the restriction. A full breakdown can be found here in the Developer Workshop:

Removed "cast on ground" requirements for the following Warframe abilities:

Trinity Well of Life
Trinity Energy Vampire 
Trinity Link
Frost Avalanche
Atlas Tectonics
Mag Crush
Chroma Effigy
Loki Radial Disarm 

Additionally, the following abilities require ground to activate, but can now be cast in the air and will do a melee-esque slam to the ground:

Rhino Stomp
Banshee Sound Quake
Oberon Hallowed Ground
Khora Strangledome
Nidus Virulence
Harrow Condemn

General Weapon Changes:

Whip and Sword slide attacks now do the same damage with a Stance equipped as without.

Tatsu

Kills add charges (up to 5 max) that release seeking projectiles (same amount as charges) on slide attacks to stun enemies.

Knell

The Knell is now automatic.

Tysis

Damage changed from 79 Corrosive to 9 Impact, 23 Puncture, 17 Slash and 81 Corrosive delivered in 3 ticks of 27 each over 2 seconds.

Ogris

Converted from Charged to Semi Auto.
Ammo pool increased from 20 to 30.
Area-of-Effect increased from 6 to 7m.
Area-of-Effect damage reduced from 600 to 400.

Sonicor:

Reduced aimed FoV due to low Range. 
Adjusted ragdoll impulse so ragdolls don't always fly to the right.

Wolf Sledge

Added a 5m 200 Explosion damage radial attack on recall.
Increased Range from 1 to 1.5m.
Increased Melee damage from 115 to 130.
Increased throwing projectile damage from 575 to 650.
Reduced the collision width of the thrown projectile from 0.6m to 0.2m.
Increased the speed of the throwing animations.

Signature Weapon Changes:
Having a ‘signature’ weapon now actually benefits you! There are still a few signature weapons that will receive this treatment (Scourge, Hystrix, etc).

Knell: Knell now has a 2 round mag when wielded by Harrow.
Tenora: Headshot kills with alt fire have a 20% chance to instantly refill magazine when wielded by Octavia.
Pandero: Headshot kills with alt fire increase reload speed by 20% when wielded by Octavia.
Nagantaka: 1m innate Punch-Through when wielded by Garuda.
Fusilai: Increased projectile speed when wielded by Gara.
Volnus: Additional slam radial damage when wielded by Gara.
Astilla: Additional 80 ammo pool when wielded by Gara.
Phantasma: Has 15 magazine when wielded by Revenant.
Tekko: Additional 6% status when wielded by Atlas.
Tatsu: Charge cap is 9 when wielded by Revenant.

The Wolf of Saturn Six Changes:

The Wolf (and other “stalker” type enemies) now have a level cap of 45 for Solo players and 60 for public squads.
Significantly reduced the Wolfs tankiness.

Nightwave Changes:

All of The Wolf of Saturn Six Nightwave episodes can now be viewed by selecting ‘Tune In’ on the Nightwave screen!

Changes: 

Matchmaking for the Exploiter Orb fight can now be done by visiting Eudico in Little Duck’s room!
Hildryn is no longer restricted to move at walking speed when charging Balefire.
Chesa's new Retrieve functionality can no longer stack with Desecrate and other looting Augments (Pilferdroid/Ore Gaze). This was creating some unintended double dips from a single corpse - the dead can only give so much!
Atlas' Passive now prevents him from being affected by abilities and weapons that push or pull (e.g. Terra Embattor Moa mines).
Restored ability to have Baruuk's Desert Wind slam pull enemies instead of pushing them by holding block/aim key.
Increased the speed of Rhino’s Stomp start animation slightly.
Hydroid’s water textures have been updated to reflect fancy new tech introduced with the Plains of Eidolon Remaster! 
Killing enemies with Operator abilities (Void Blast, Void Dash) will now grant the kill Affinity to the equipped Amp when possible.
Changed Operator Void Dash to no longer stop dashing when passing through allies and objects that bullets can pass through (i.e. foliage).
Typing an item name (ie Stradavar Prime, Equinox Prime, etc) in the Trade screen search bar will now display all Relics that contain that item.
You can now also name/rename weapons that Polarized, as opposed to the strict Rank 30 requirement.
Nezha’s Warding Halo Safeguard Augment now takes yourself into priority consideration before others. Meaning that Warding Halo will be cast on yourself as opposed to your allies regardless of if you’re aiming at them.
Catchmoon's projectile will now only collide with world geometry when the center of it hits.
Amalgam Mods can no longer be equipped on Exalted weapons.
Changed High graphics setting to set Anisotropic Filtering to 16x instead of 8x. Added a faster 2x Anisotropic Filtering setting and removed the 16x option to save people from themselves.
Shock-Camo Skins have received a visual PBR upgrade!
Phased Vasto/Akvasto and Rixty Aklato Skins have received a visual PBR upgrade!
Changed Tower White pigment to drop from Kuva Jesters instead of Condrocs and Mortus Pink pigment to drop from Tusk Flameblade instead of Kuakas.
Changed Tower White Pigment drop rate to a 100% chance to drop 1 instead of a 20% chance to drop to drop 5, for more consistent farming.
Optimizations towards Mirage Hall of Mirrors projectile FX for Staticor and Ogris that was causing crashes.
Numerous tweaks and Ability balance passes towards Junction Specters.
Reduced the frequency of Nora's UI open transmission with a 5 minute cooldown.
Reduced the visual thickness of the Arctic Eximus’ Snow Globe barrier.
Adjusted left hand position when holding the Corinth.
Improved the left hand position for Opticor and Arca Plasmor.
Adjusted teleporter to prevent players being caught in an endless teleporter loop in the Grineer Settlement tileset.
Toned down the Mining laser radial blur when zooming in.
Toned down the blue FX in Excalibur’s diorama.
Tweaked the Odonata Primes metallic materials to appear more shiny and less dull.
Limbo's Banish ability timer will now immediately expire if all Banished enemies are killed before the timer counts down.
Improved some cases of visual clipping between the Mesa Kudegra Skin and other Accessories.
Enlarged the Voip HUD indicator to increase visibility.
Updated Enable Hint Transmissions in the Audio Options menu. This setting will stop a lot of the more common and repetitive Transmissions from playing.
Improvements towards Fish spawning logic to alleviate cases of Fish spawning underground.

Fixes:

Fixed the Baza, Zhuge, and Zlok Riven Dispositions not reflecting the changes stated in Hotfix 24.5.8.1. For clarity, they have changed to:
Baza: 1.1->1.0
Zhuge: 1.18->1.25
Zylok: 1->1.15
Potential fix for broken Arbitration reward UI in-game which resulted in discrepancies between what was shown and what you received.
Fixed Dispatch Overdrive not applying to Garuda’s Talons when equipped (this time without breaking all Arcanes).
Fixed Clients sometimes getting booted to Fortuna if they joined a session while it was transitioning to Deck 12.
Fixed a loss of functionality that occurred if you were playing a looping Emote while transitioning from Fortuna to Vallis or Cetus to the Plains.

Plains of Eidolon Remaster: Hotfix 24.6.1

Changes:

Changed Rahn Prism Blueprint to require 3 Seram Beetle Shells instead of Glappid Bait.

Fixes:

Fixed the Film Grain setting always being enabled.
Fixed several crashes when resetting your key bindings to defaults.
Fixed a crash that could occur when transitioning from the Plains back to Cetus.
Fixed a crash when dying.
Fixed a random crash that randomly happened at random. Did we mention it's random?
Fixes towards Multishot Mods potentially not working with the Simulor.

Known Issues:

Loc-Pins skyrocket out of reach making them inaccessible to remove.
Script will be run tomorrow to refund Loc-Pins back.

Over the weekend we rerolled the Sortie due to impassable doors in the chosen Grineer Galleon tileset. We have since fixed the issue of impassable doors in numerous Grineer tilesets as reported here: https://forums.warframe.com/topic/1080962-game-breaking-bug-brokenstuck-doors-main-thread/

Secondary Energy Color Changes & Fixes:

Secondary Energy color now applies to Warframe emissives! You might have to get creative with your color combinations to make it really pop:

Secondary Energy color now applies to Nova’s Wormhole ability.
Fixed Secondary Energy color not applying to numerous Melee weapons if the primary Energy color was default.
Fixed the Ki’Teer Sekhara being extremely bright after the Secondary Energy color update in 24.6.0.
Fixed lens flares not properly applying the Secondary Energy color (noticeable when casting Mesa’s Ballistic Battery/Shooting Gallery).
Fixed Clients only seeing primary Energy color on Syandanas.

Changes:

Renamed Hildryn's Shield Pillage ability to simply Pillage to not overshadow the Armor stripping functionality. Hildryn’s Pillage Arsenal SHIELD DRAIN stat now reads as "DRAIN".
Assassin type enemies (Wolf of Saturn Six, Stalker, Syndicate, etc) no longer choose to appear as you’re extracting as reported here: https://forums.warframe.com/topic/1079391-wolf-of-saturn-six-spawn-after-mission-end/
Capped multi purchases for Syndicate stores that use currency other than Standing (e.g. Nightwave, Nakak) to what can be afforded with currently owned Resources.
Moved spawn location of a Kuva Siphon to prevent the Kuva cloud from getting stuck under staircases in the Corpus Outpost tileset.
Limbo's Banish ability timer will now immediately expire if all Banished enemies are killed before the timer counts down (for real this time).
The 'Wolf Howl' Emote will now play howling sounds (only audible for the local player).
Changed the Korrudo Riven Disposition to 1 (previously 0.5).
Over 20 Melee and Primary weapons/Skins have received the PBR treatment! From Candy Cane Scythe to Tigris, our art team has been updating our back catalog!
Made Captura and dynamic skies play nicer together! Much of Cetus or Vallis FX were lost in the Captura settings, which should be fixed now!

Tusk Thumper Changes & Fixes:

Increased the Tusk Thumper encounter chances and lowered the encounter cooldown from 180-240s to 90-120s.
Converted the Tusk Thumper’s Health class from ‘Cloned Flesh’ to a more appropriate ‘Hulking Armor’ class.
Fixed cases of extremely high damage breaking Tusk Thumper, making it impossible to destroy, such as the Tusk Thumper remaining alive after destroying it and excess damage from shooting off the armor plates going towards the main Health bar.
Fixed Tusk Thumper despawning if it or players moved too far from where it originally spawned.
Fixed the Tusk Thumper’s damage reduction not applying to all hit types
Fixed a script error that could occur after killing the Thumper, such as Operator Amps.

Fixes: 

Fixed Corrupted Vor no longer doing his monologue if you had Creator Mode enabled (sometimes without). Look at them, they come to this place...
Fixed an issue where abomination Landing Crafts were possible with customization bugs.
Fixes towards cases of Arbitration rewards being out of sync on the server.
Fixed The Index breaking if a player dies and then disconnects before they respawn.
Fixed cases of Caches in the Plains spawning in the ground.
Fixed Operator's initial Void Dash being frequently interrupted by Void Aegis and may require repeats to travel.

Fixed Harrow Condemn slamming you to the ground if you are within 8m above it (before slam changes it only prevented cast when in air above 8m).

Fixed a crash caused by the Pilfering Strangledome Augment.

Plains of Eidolon Remaster: Hotfix 24.7.1

Secondary Energy Clarification

Yesterday’s Update 24.7.0 included the change of Secondary Energy color applying to Warframe emissives - but it seems we got it backwards and shipped with Secondary being the dominant color. This has been rectified to have Primary as the dominant color with Secondary Energy being the “halo” color around it. To clarify even further, Primary Energy colors will cover the brightest emissive area with the Secondary Energy color covering the darkest emissive area.

We know we have more work to do to really polish this new Fashionframe option, as you may still notice some emissive areas are not equal to others. This will take time to properly implement - we thank you for your patience!

Changes & Fixes

A short FX will now appear in the Arsenal as an effort to help display how your chosen Secondary Energy color will blend with your Warframe’s abilities.
Fixed Warframe Helmets not using the full Primary Energy color if defaults are applied, or if you just have the Primary chosen.

Changes:

Updated the public Drop Table for the Sentient Wolf to include the Wolf Hammer component Blueprints, and increased the drop chance to match the regular Wolf table. Previously was a 25% chance for the Wolf Hammer Blueprint to drop, now it's a 35% chance for either the Blueprint or one of its components to drop.
Slightly reduced the fog in the Grineer Forest tileset.
Swapped mentions of PRIMARY/SECONDARY to ACTIVE/INACTIVE, and MAKE PRIMARY to ACTIVATE in the Focus manager UI screen.

Fixes:

Fixed crashes caused by alt-tab when playing fullscreen and using a Steam Controller.
Fixed cases where you could move around with the Steam Controller when you should be locked in position (eg: during a Heist briefing).
Fixed recasting Nidus’ Ravenous in new a location not properly recalculating Maggot explosions.
Fixed sound discrepancies when using the ‘Wolf Howl’ Emote.
Fixed Hildryn attempting to give her Balefire to Rescue/Defense Targets.
Fixed a memory leak related to the Rahn Prism FX.
Fixed a HUD memory leak when dying and respawning.
Fixed Atlas’ Karst shoulder piece not hiding when aiming with a weapon.
Fixed Atlas’ Karst Golems not appearing in his Abilities Arsenal screen.
Fixed level holes in the Lua Halls of Judgement area.
Fixed level holes in the Infested Corpus tileset.
Fixed Hildryn’s Pillage ability being described as ‘Shield Pillage’.
Fixed Lisets having uncolorable areas.
Fixed unbaked textures in the Corpus Gas City tileset.
Fixed the Lynx hanging in the Grineer Spy Vault tileset appearing black.

Plains of Eidolon Remaster: Hotfix 24.7.2

Toroid Changes:
We are making some changes to Calda, Sola, and Vega Toroid Acquisition to simply act as an added chance / change of scenery for acquiring Toroids.

Calda Toroids have a 20% chance to drop from Scyto Raknoids.
Sola Toroids have a 20% chance to drop from Kyta Raknoids.
Vega Toroids have a 1% chance to drop from Mite Raknoids.

Changes:

General Additions:

The Ventkids Clubhouse Scene that slipped through the Mainline cracks has been added to the Ventkids Offerings!

Changes:

A Clan Dojo Map Legend can now be accessed by pressing the \ key when viewing the Map (can be changed under ‘Customize Key Bindings’)!
Removed unreleased Ephemera from being Chat linkable...shhhhh.
Tweaks to bring Limbo’s Rift FX to a happy medium between different levels of environment exposure.

Plains of Eidolon Remaster: Update 24.8.0

Arbitrations ‘Iteration 1’ Changes

Our goal with this update is to maintain the challenge that Arbitrations promised, while also ensuring that if you or a teammate is knocked out, they still have a chance to jump back into the fight! Iteration 1 brings the discussed Revival mechanic and enemy scaling changes to mirror normal Endless mission modes. We will be watching how these changes play out as we plan to iterate further on the mode in the future, with our next review for Arbitrations focusing on reward pacing.

BE KIND, REVIVE
The rules of Arbitration death have shifted: players are still downed with no bleedout timer, but a Revive tower is now placed at the player’s spot of death. If any squadmate is awaiting Revival, the Arbitration Drones will begin dropping unique pickups known as a “Resurgence Burden”. These pickups function similar to Index points (otherwise known as “Financial Stress”), debuffing the players who carry them.

In order to revive a player, 5 of these Resurgence Burdens must be taken to their tower simultaneously. These 5 pickups can be delivered by one or multiple squadmates, but cannot be “dropped off” at the tower - it’s all or nothing!

NEW REWARDS
You can now spend Vitus Essence in the Arbitrations Market to purchase Archgun Rivens (if you are below your Riven cap), as well as new cosmetics! The new cosmetic offerings include:

AMPREX TELOS SKIN
ATOMOS TELOS SKIN
ATTERAX TELOS SKIN

ILLUMINA JUDICIUM (name showing incorrectly in game. Will be hotfixed)
Let Arbitration begin.

A similar Emote style to the TennoCon 2019 Emote, the Illumina Judicium displays your true dedication to Arbitrations with a looping Vitus Illumina Glyph whilst doing an angsty Meditation pose.

JUDICIAL OCULUS
Eyewear created by the Arbiters for those they deem worthy.

Also, a new Arbitrations reward has been added: the elusive Aura Forma Blueprint! Craft an Aura Forma to modify an Aura slot on a Warframe to be compatible with any Mod Polarity.

General Arbitrations Changes:

Removed custom enemy level scaling from Defense, Survival, Interception, Excavation, Defection, and Infested Salvage modes in Arbitrations. Enemy scaling now mirrors normal Endless missions that increase as the missions progresses.
Reduced Vitus Essence crafting cost for the Amber Star Blueprint from 2 to 1.

Fixes:

Potential fix for inability to use Warframe Abilities and prior active Invisibility being broken after using Transference.
Fixed cases of Plains Rescue Bounties prematurely ending.
Fixed (for real this time) the Synth Mod Set Bonus resulting in your weapon reload stopping and Synth icon stuck for a Client players after Operator mode.
Fixed a script error if Stalker's target disconnects after his initial Transmission fires up.
Fixed Alad V’s skirt clipping into his legs in his Wolf of Saturn Six Episode dioramas.
Fixed potential (harmless) script crash that can occur when Wolf dies in the middle of spinning.
Fixed equipping Castanas (in default Skin) placing a larger version of one of the projectiles between the Warframes legs.
Fixed windows in Grineer Settlement tileset being impassible when they look open.
Fixed some waypoints flip flopping around you in Lua tileset (more fixes required).
Fixed Void Dash colliding with Snowglobe.
Fixed a crash caused by Khora’s Strangledome.

Plains of Eidolon Remaster: Hotfix 24.8.1

Arbitration Changes & Fixes:

In an effort to increase visibility, both the Arbitration Shield Drone beam and Resurgence Burden colors have been changed to a more orange hue! We’ve also cranked up the contrast and added a more recognizable pulsing FX.

Resurgence Burdens are no longer affected by Vacuum.
All Resurgence Burdens will now be removed if the player needing revival leaves/dies, and if you die while carrying Resurgence Burdens.
Changed the VITUS ILLUMINA EMOTE to its proper name of ILLUMINA JUDICIUM.
Fixed losing all Resurgence Burdens after a Host migration if a player was still in need of revival.

Known Arbitration UI bug: Host sees a different amount of Resurgence Burdens on Clients when they Transfer to Operator/Warframe.


Fixes:

Fixed a crash when selecting different Loadout options in the Arsenal.
Fixed a crash when accessing the Gear wheel.
Fixed a functionality loss when viewing Cetus vendors while waiting for a Bounty mission to start.
Fixed several small problems with the Darvo Rescue stage of Vor's Prize.

Plains of Eidolon Remaster: Hotfix 24.8.3

The Wolf is on the prowl, Dreamers -- and we know exactly where he and his Fugitives are lurking.

Fight the Wolf in two Tactical Alerts starting today at 2:15PM ET for a limited time:

Changes:

Reduced The Wolf of Saturn Six’s tankiness.
Self Damage reduced by Cautious Shot increased from 90% to 99%.
Adjusted the Arbitration Shield Drone hitbox to encapsulate the whole visible body.

Fixes:

Fixed the Kuva Siphon Cloud hitbox being much taller than the Cloud suggests.
Fixed Saryn’s Toxic Lash not being affected by Corpus Nullifier fields.
Fixed the Tatsu unique mechanic no longer functioning correctly once a player dies and revives.
Fixed anti-stationary-target grenades thrown by Corpus Crewmen having their explosion timer being set to 0.5s upon landing on the ground. Now they are on par with Grineer grenades again (3~4s lifetime).
Fixed an issue where Damage conversion Mods could sometimes convert to the wrong type of Damage.

Something sinister is stirring in the Gas City.

Rumors are circulating of an alliance between Alad V and our most feared enemy -- the Sentients. Infiltrate the remastered Corpus Gas City on Jupiter, drive your blade through Amalgam horrors, unlock the power of the Wisp Warframe, and shine a light on this sinister Corpus plot.


THE JOVIAN CONCORD



JUPITER GAS CITY REMASTERED
Put your parkour skills to the test in the the vast and viscous aura of the Remastered Jupiter Gas City tileset, featuring completely remastered graphics, tilesets and audio design in each tile.

During your missions, storm your way past gas harvesters and massive reactors to expose the inner workings of a corporation overruled by the greedy obsessor, Alad V. New Vapos Corpus variants stalk the many corridors alongside those instructed to maintain the integrity of the Gas City from....intruders. Tread carefully, as some Vapos Corpus have been equipped with all new Vector Shields.

But don’t stare too long into the colossal golden sky surrounding this floating empire. You might see something you wish you hadn’t.

NEW RESOURCE:

Hexenon - A reagent commonly used to produce highly combustible fuel.

Acquire this new Resource throughout the reworked Jupiter Gas City for crafting related items such as Wisp, Komorex, and more.

NEW ENEMY TYPE: AMALGAMS

Deep within the walls of the Gas City, the Corpus are making full use of Sentient technology. You’ll stand toe-to-toe against the Amalgams -- nightmarish Corpus and Sentient hybrid beings. Is this a partnership or a parasitic conjuration?

NEW GAME MODE: DISRUPTION

Travel to Ganymede, Jupiter and survive the all-new endless Disruption mode. Collect keys from fallen Amalgams to activate corresponding conduits, then protect the conduits from the Demolysts that will seek to destroy them. Each conduit will trigger a random player boon, environmental hazard or enemy buff. Test your strength against the Amalgams to earn new Weapons and new Mods.

Note: We will be introducing this mode with a Clan Operation! The Node itself can only be played if you've completed the Natah Quest.

1) Minibosses lead the way - beware the DEMOLYSTs. Defeating a miniboss is the key to progress - or failure. You have 4 terminals to defend each round. If a miniboss gets to the terminal and detonates, you lose that terminal. Pressure is on. Minibosses make themselves known.

2) Rewards - most endless (minus Arbitrations) have 'AABC' rotation, repeated endlessly. This mode gives you the flexibility to earn your reward tier based on performance. Perfectly defend all Terminals in the first round? Good stuff. This is a table of how it'll look:

NEW BOSS FIGHT: ROPALOLYST

Colloquially known as the 'fly-dolon' in Devstreams, the flying Eidolon is here. Prepare for a bossfight that combines the strategies of the Teralyst, the hero moments of the Exploiter Orb, and Warframe's awesome Parkour into one showdown.

The Ropalolyst boss fight can be found on its own Assassination Node on Jupiter once you have completed the Chimera Prologue. Completion of the Ganymede Node will allow you to progress.


Facing off against this airborne new Eidolon type will reward you with Wisp parts and Amalgam Mods! Prepare, Tenno. You won't know what to expect as you enter the arena of the Ropalolyst.

WISP
Float through the halls of the Gas City as the unseen helping hand. Her light-based Abilities provide support to allies, while her unique Passive makes her invisible in the air. Defeat the Ropalolyst to earn our 40th Warframe.

PASSIVE: PHASED
Flowing between dimensions Wisp becomes invisible to enemies while in the air.

RESERVOIRS
Choose and summon a Reservoir filled with Motes that attach to and aid Wisp and her allies. Haste Mote grants increased movement and attack speed. Vitality Mote increases maximum health and heals over time. Shock Mote stuns nearby enemies.

WIL-O-WISP
Cast forward a spectral image of Wisp to confuse and distract enemies. Reactivate to travel to its position. Hold to have the image travel faster and teleport to its position on release.

BREACH SURGE
Open a dimensional breach to overwhelm nearby enemies and cause them to release aggressive Surge sparks when damaged.

SOL GATE
Open a portal to the sun to irradiate enemies with a devastating beam of pure solar plasma.

NEW REINFORCEMENTS

FULMIN
Strike with silent lightning or the pummeling drum of thunder with Wisp’s signature Primary Weapon. Alternate between stealthy short-range electrical discharge and automatic lightning gun. Faster mode-switch when used by Wisp.

WISP GAOTH HELMET
A flowing alternate helmet for Wisp.

SIROCCO KAVAT ARMOR
Fluid and aerodynamic, the signature Kavat armor of Wisp.

KOMOREX
Corpus ingenuity leveraging Tau-tech to create a high-capacity bi-modal sniper weapon of terrifying capability. Zoom in to reduce recoil and add Punch Through. Zoom again to fire a bursting viral round, but with a lower rate of fire. Komorex features built-in ammo conversion.

CYANEX
Sentient tech merges with Corpus design to deliver this lethal sidearm. Fully automatic, it fires ricocheting, homing projectiles that release small clouds of Gas on impact. Alt-fire to release the entire clip without homing as a single burst.

NYX PASITHEA COLLECTION
Take control with this decadent collection of deluxe Nyx gear. Featuring the Nyx Pasithea Skin, Enthra Syandana, and the Hecaton Shotgun Skin.

NEW MODS AND MOD SETS

Give your Warframe, Weapons and more a boost with new Mods and Mod Sets. A Set Bonus is applied if equipped with Mods from the same set. These Mods are available as potential rewards from killing Amalgams and completing new content in the remastered Gas City. (All stats shown are at Max Rank and are subject to change.)

Follow these steps to enable 2FA:

Log into your PC account on the Warframe website and go to the Account Management page.
You will see the option to “Enable Two-Factor Authentication” there.
You’ll receive an email with a link to confirm. Click the link, and you’re all set!

UI SCREEN REWORKS:
The following screens UI screens have received a brand new look and functionality with a mix of player-requested mechanics!

Market

More information is directly exposed that removes the requirement to click-through tabs and scroll to find the information you want, such as related Bundles and the quantity of Blueprints owned (ex Forma).



Syndicates

Alongside the original 6 primary Syndicates, you can now view your Cetus, Fortuna, and Miscellaneous (Conclave, Simaris) Standing! However, the original primary Syndicates will appear hidden if you have never met them in the Relay, and will reappear after talking to them once.
You can now directly visit ALL Syndicates from their UI screens!
Daily Standing information is now clearly exposed. This value is the amount still earnable.
Neutral Rank now shows up for Syndicates with no negative Ranks.



Void Relics/Refinement

Overall more information displayed/available.
Hovering over the possible Rewards in the selected Relic now displays how many you own, the crafting requirements, and the respective Ducat value.
You can continue to Refine already Refined Relics in both the Void Relic Refinement station and in Navigation when selecting a Relic for a Void Fissure mission.
Relics you do not own are displayed at the bottom of the grid, which you can select to view the Rewards.
The in-mission Void Fissure Reward screen has also been reworked to reflect these aesthetic changes with the added Refinement functionality in the Relic selection screen for endless Void Fissure missions.



Extract/Battle

One of our oldest screens to date, the Extract or Battle screen, has been given a visual facelift!


TWO-TONED COLOUR CUSTOMIZATION - Round 2!
Warframes, Sentinels, Weapons, Attachments (Armor, Ephemera, etc), Regalia, Syandanas, K-Drives, and Archwings now all have a double Emissive color option (no Forma required), and a double Energy color option (Forma required).

Operators and Gilded Amps now have a Secondary Energy option!
Primary Energy color will reflect the core (brightest) area of the FX. This allows for a Cold Damage Chroma to have a pink FX, Heat Damage Chroma to have a green FX, etc.
Ephemera now uses your Attachments color.


General Additions:

Prove your Prodman respect with new Corpus UI Theme, Background, and Sound under Options > Interface > UI Customization!

The winning entry dream Dojo Decoration, Flower Decanter, created by PhaZone at TennoCon 2018 has been added to the Market!

The Gaze Kitgun Chamber now chains to up to two targets within 5m.

Gun Spear Weapon Changes:
General

33% of clip reloaded every second when Spear is deployed. This allows for a more fluid use of all the Gun Spear mechanics.
Increased flight speed of all Gun Spears.

Javlok

Reduced zoom FOV.
Adjusted Impact and radial Damage split from 230 Impact and 50 area-of-effect to 160 Impact and 120 area-of-effect.
Increased area-of-effect radius from 1.6m to 2m.
Increased projectile speed from 70 to 130.
Removed self damage from Primary fire.
Removed damage fall off from Primary fire area-of-effect.
Auto recall timer reduced from 20 to 6 secs.

Ferrox

Added 100 Impact damage with 3m area-of-effect at end point of Primary fire.
Increased Alt Fire's tether range from 6m to 10m.
Increased tether's Status Chance from 33% to 50%.
Increased tether's Damage pulse from every 5 secs to every 2 secs.
Quick throw auto recall timer reduced from 20 to 10 secs.
Charged throw auto recall timer increased from 20 to 30 secs.


Scourge

Increased Ammo pool from 100 to 200.
Increased Alt Fire's bullet attractor radius from 1.8m to 2m.
Increased Magazine size from 20 to 40.
Increased Primary fire area-of-effect damage from 30 to 55.
Primary Fire recoil reduced.



Post Processing Changes in Orbiter:
We have changed the post-processing effects in your Orbiter for a simple reason: it now matches the rest of the game! It will look less blown out and slightly more saturated. A before and after can be found here:

Exploiter Orb Changes:

Increased Ephemera drop rate on Exploiter Orb from 6% category drop to 10% category drop.
The Exploiter Orb now properly drops the Deck 12 Scene.

Heavy Ammo now drops from Bombards, Heavy Gunners, Napalms, Corpus Tech, Fusion Moas, Oxium Ospreys, Ancients, Corrupted Ancients, and Corrupted Bombards.
Non-Endless Survival/Excavation/etc missions (i.e. Alerts, Sorties, Syndicate dailies, etc) now disable individual extraction as it leads to unnecessary Host migrations.
Cephalon Simaris now sells Blueprints given during quests in his Offerings! This allows you to purchase these items in the event that you’ve accidentally sold them.
Increased the base amount of Void Traces granted when your Relic is chosen from 1 to 5.
Reduced Platinum costs of Endo and Credit bundles by 50% and removed lowest Endo Bundle due to nonexistent value.
Improved the visibility of Nova’s Antimatter Drop to fix the ball being invisible until you shoot it.

Disruption Changes & Fixes:

Doubled the amount of Hexenon reward drop from Disruption.
Removed the Disruption 'Conduit Shields' buff as it doesn't do anything to protect the conduits after the design change which added Demolysts.
Disruption Conduit Nullifier bubbles now grow over 6 seconds when they spawn, instead of immediately spawning in at full size when the Conduit is activated.
Fixes towards not receiving Disruption rewards after a Host migration.
Fixed individual extraction not being available for the first 3 Disruption Operation: Hostile Mergers missions.

Disruption Gamemode Changes & Fixes:
Thanks to your awesome feedback, we are able to make a handful of much requested tweaks to the gamemode. Keep it coming!



Increased Amalgam spawn rate! This will be more noticeable the more players you have in the squad.
Disruption Marker UI visibility changes:
Increased Conduit and key marker color lightness to make them more visible (in-world, minimap and objective UI)
Increased the in-world display range of key pickup markers
Lowered the minimum radius of Conduit markers and increased their attachment height
Demolysts no longer spawn at the same point for each Conduit, instead they will spawn randomly within a set range from the Conduit.
Reduced the force applied to pickups spawned by the Conduit Resupply buff and raised their spawn height further above the Conduit.
Made a micro-optimization to the Disruption game mode.
Fixes towards Nullifier effects from Demolysts lingering permanently for Clients in Disruption.
Fixed a progression stopping issue where the Disruption Conduits would not spawn if you killed a Demolyst at the exact last second of their combustion.
Fixed numerous Host migration fixes for Disruption Conduits:
Fixed references to Demolysts being lost (fixes Health bar UI issue)
Fixed Demolysts not attacking the Conduits
Fixed Demolysts not exploding next to Conduits
Fixed Demolysts not appearing in the Codex.

Ropalolyst Fixes:

Fixed players getting stuck in an infinite falling loop during the Ropalolyst fight.
Fixed cases of the Ropalolyst being unable to fly.
Fixed the Ropalolyst continuing to navigate towards towers it has already been...deceived by.
Fixed random foot popping animations on the Ropalolyst.
Fixed ability to infinitely spawn Amalgams during the Ropalolyst fight.
Fixed digital Lotus transmissions playing for Clients in the Ropalolyst fight.
Fixed some FX lingering for Clients, and others not being visible.
Fixed Ropalolyst whooshing sounds not playing when ‘riding the bull’.
Fixed a script error when falling off a platform in the Ropalolyst fight.

Changes:

The following items have been added to Simaris’ Offerings:
Imperator Blueprint
Veritux Blueprint
Revenant Blueprint
Garuda Blueprint
Removed Amalgams spawning on Jupiter > Themisto due to narrative/lore confusion.
Made a micro-optimization to the Gas City fire hazards.
Slight tweaks to Wisp’s skirt cloth to reduce clipping in the thigh region and in various other Idle Animations.
Hovering over the Ganymede node and Ropalolyst node now display requirements to unlock if you can’t access it.
Nidus Virulence’s tips on ground effect will now use your Secondary Energy colors.
Removed work-in-progress fancy Melee finishers that slipped through the Mainline cracks!
Improved Octavia’s emissive detail visibility.

Fixes:

Fixed a progression stopper in the Sands of Inaros Quest where the Tomb Guardians were invincible.
Fixed a rare crash when going from Vallis/Plains to Fortuna/Cetus after leaving the squad.
Fixed crashes when going to the Arcane selection screen for a Kitgun while playing in Japanese.
Fixed newly-migrated Endless mission Host not receiving a reward at the end of the next interval.
Fixed an issue that made Arca Plasmor, Fulmin and Catchmoon projectiles deal damage twice on the hit when the projectile is destroyed. This was not a case of ‘always worked this way’ as it was accidentally introduced by the Jovian Concord.
Fixed the Repair Kit Mod having no Polarity and costs more to equip on a Polarized slot.

Fixed ‘Mastered’ indication not being displayed when focusing on the Purchase/About button in the Market.

Fixed the Tecton Sparring Skin not appearing in its diorama.
Potential fix for Nidus gaining back 3/4 of his Energy when casting abilities in Frame Fighter.
Fixed the Phage reload sound playing constantly if the Hectagon Skin is equipped.
Fixed filter opacity not working in Captura.
Fixed clicking Chat linked Mods not showing how many you own.
Fixed Ducat prices not being displayed for some items that can be sold for Ducats.
Fixed not seeing Polychrome color preview or being able to apply it in the Dojo. If a Polychrome is failing to apply, simply remove and try again!
Fixed not seeing Energy color FX when customizing Weapons/Attachments.
Fixed Rhino’s Rubedo Skin missing its emissives.
Fixed Chroma’s Graxx Helmet Energy color persisting as default.
Fixed Valkyr’s Gersemi Skin Energy color persisting as default.
Fixed Falcor’s Energy color persisting as default.
Fixed the Styx Syandana Energy color persisting as default.
Fixed the Vaykor Syandana Energy color persisting as default.
Fixed the Naviga Prime Sugatra Energy color persisting as default.
Fixed the Mithra Greatsword Skin Energy color persisting as default.

Fixed a placeholder name for one of the Drop Ship variants in the Gas City tileset.
Fixed a script error when closing the a Lore Fragment entry before it is loaded.
Fixed a script error when Sacrificing items to Rank up a Syndicate.
Fixed a softlock after buying an item from Simaris’ Offerings.
